translation of qui pluribus[edit]

i can't make sense of "qui pluribus", but it doesn't mean "on faith and religion." that would be de fide et religione. can anyone else translate this? Jake the Editor Man (talk) 20:32, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
